Bottling: following ageing, the wine is bottled at
Introvigne in Codognè
Ageing: one month in bottle
Average annual production: 8,000 bottles
Tasting notes: pink color with ruby-red reflections;
fresh-tasting palate; stylish bouquet with slight hints of
red berry fruit.
Match with: cold and hot hors d'oeuvres, starters,
white meats and grilled fish.
Serving indications: serve at a temperature of 8°
- 10°C.
