PROSECCO FRIZZANTE

VINIFICATION: The prosecco grapes are selected and picked by hand, before being destalked and then undergoing soft pressing with the addition of selected yeasts.
FERMENTATION: Alcoholic fermentation in pressure tanks at a controlled temperature of between 18 and 20°C serves to unite the fragrance of the varietal aromas of the grape with the bubbles of carbon dioxide in an exceptionally fresh-tasting combination.
VAT AGING: For six months in steel.
BOTTLE AGING: One month.
TASTING NOTES: Moderate body, straw-yellow color, rich in floral and fruity aromas, with the emphasis of sour apple and lemon.
MATCHING: Drink as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres and simple starters, fish, risotto with vegetables and mushrooms.
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS: Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
