Tasting notes: deep ruby-red color; pleasantly tannic;
well-bodied; slightly grassy flavor, with aromas of raspberry.
Over time, the palate becomes even more refined, and the bouquet
more subtly expansive and individualistic.
Match with: cold cuts, white-meat roasts; pork; medium-seasoned
cheeses.
Serving indications: serve at a temperature of 16°-18°C
in red-wine glasses
